Report damage and maintenance issues with roads, footpaths, lighting, signs, obstructions, road surfaces or bus shelters, or make a request about school zones.

Urgent issues

We will respond to issues reported online outside of Council business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) on the next working day.

Footpaths and shared paths

Report footpath or shared path damage and maintenance issues.

Lighting and signs

Report road lighting or traffic sign damage and maintenance issues, or request temporary signs for your community event.

Road surface

Report road surface damage and maintenance issues, such as potholes, road marking, sweeping or grading of unsealed roads.

Road structures

Report road structure damage and maintenance issues, such as bus shelters, guardrails, seats, parking meters.

School zones

Request a new or upgraded school zone or a change to the school zone sign programme.

Report roadside vegetation or obstruction to your vision

Let us know about roadside vegetation issues or report any obstructions on the roadside which limits your vision.

Request new roading improvements

Make a request for roading improvements, such as new road seal, new footpaths or additional road signage.

Request a slow street

Request traffic calming or traffic safety assets to make a street safer.
