Call us at anytime to report an issue with traffic lights that are causing a hazard, such as damage, broken bulbs or other equipment not working.

Traffic light issues can include:
  • phasing problems with lights, e.g. short phasing
  • damage caused by an accident or by vandalism
  • broken light bulbs
  • buttons or other equipment not working.

Make a request

Alternatively, you can use our online form. We will respond to issues reported online outside of Council business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) on the next working day.
We try to resolve all issues within 15 working days, though complex queries may take longer to address.
You can use our online form to request non-urgent issues, such as:
  • changes to signal phasing
  • installation of tactile devices at signal pedestrian crossings, such as textured surfaces on the sidewalk or warning indicators for blind and low vision people.
