Contact us on 0800 932 463 or 09 430 4200 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) if you have an urgent issue.
We will respond to issues reported online outside of our business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday) on the next working day.
How we can help
We carry out work to maintain and improve our roads. Activities range from minor maintenance and road sweeping to traffic surveys and major construction.
Sealed roads
You can report sealed road issues, including:
- surfacing issues
- road marking
- road sweeping.
Unsealed roads
You can report unsealed road issues, including:
- grading
- metal
- dust nuisance.
Please note that we do not grade roads during dry weather.
Report an issue
We try to resolve all issues within 15 working days, though complex queries may take longer to address.
