Contact us on 0800 932 463 or 09 430 4200 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) if you have an urgent issue.
We will respond to issues reported online outside of our business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday) on the next working day.
How we can help
Footpaths are regularly inspected and maintained as part of the pavement, surface and drainage contracts for each area and include kerb and channel repair as required.
Issues can include:
- cracks
- obstructions and overgrown vegetation
- missing pavers
- trip hazards
- slippery pavement
- path lighting
- tree root or other damage
- cleaning up of leaves.
Report an issue
We try to resolve all issues within 15 working days, though complex queries may take longer to address.
