Please phone us (24 hours / 7 days) to report a tree that is causing a safety hazard so we can send someone to attend to it as soon as possible.

Alternatively, you can use our online form to report other non-urgent problems with trees in parks and reserves, and street trees on public land, including:
  • dead, diseased or decaying trees
  • fallen trees
  • issues with root intrusion
  • damaged or hanging branches
  • storm damage to trees
  • clearing trees from power line
  • other tree maintenance enquiries.
We will respond to issues reported online outside of Council business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) on the next working day.
We try to resolve all issues within 15 working days, though complex queries may take longer to address.
