Urgent requests
Contact us on 0800 932 463 or 09 430 4200 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) if you have an urgent issue.
We will respond to issues reported online outside of our business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday) on the next working day.
We aim to acknowledge issues within two working days and resolve them within 15 working days, although complex queries may take longer.
How we can help
Use our online form to report non-urgent dog issues.
This includes:
- a dog fouling on footpath or in public spaces (note: there may be delays of up to 20 days to investigate dog fouling)
- a dog getting into rubbish
- an unregistered dog, where there are no other incidents
- other dog related issues or enquiries.
