Please phone us (24 hours / 7 days) to report no water coming out of your tap.
We will do our best to give you an estimated time that your water supply will be back on. Due to the complexity of repairing water bursts we can't always give an exact time.
Once your water is back on, you may get some air in your pipes, and the water may appear white in colour. This is normal, and the water is safe to drink. If you let it stand for a few minutes, it will become clear.
If the water stays cloudy, even when left standing for 10 minutes, or if it is brown in colour, please let us know immediately.

Alternatively, you can use our online form. We will respond to issues reported online outside of Council business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm) on the next working day.
We try to resolve all issues within 15 working days, though complex queries may take longer to address.
