A dog attack refers to an aggressive contact between a dog and a person, or another animal.
Dog rushing occurs in a public place and includes:
- dogs rushing at people or animals (but not necessarily making physical contact)
- dogs damaging property
- dogs rushing at a vehicle in a way that is likely to cause an accident.
