Urgent requests
Contact us on 0800 932 463 or 09 430 4200 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) if you have an urgent issue.
We will respond to issues reported online outside of our business hours (8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday) on the next working day.
How we can help
Let us know if you have an issue with a cat or want to make an enquiry relating to cats or the keeping of cats.
All cats must be desexed and microchipped by six months of age.
This is required by our Animal Bylaw and follows NZ Veterinary Association Guidelines and the NZ Code of Welfare for Companion Cats.
